By downloading or using Sonux you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. License

Sonux grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on your macOS devices, according to the plan you choose (monthly subscription or lifetime license).

2. Plans and trial

We offer a 7-day free trial. The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. The lifetime license is a one-time payment and includes updates to the current version.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sonux for illegal purposes, nor to redistribute, resell or reverse-engineer the app beyond what the law permits.

4. AI providers

Post-formatting may use third-party AI providers. On the lifetime license, you are responsible for your own key and for complying with that provider's terms.

5. Availability and warranties

Sonux is provided "as is". We do our best to ensure it works, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Transcription relies on AI models and may contain inaccuracies.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sonux shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time; you'll keep access until the end of the paid period. See also our Refund Policy.
