Refund Policy

We want Sonux to win you over. That's why we offer a free trial and a clear refund policy.

1. Free trial

Before paying anything you can try Sonux for 7 days. We recommend using the trial to make sure it fits your needs.

2. Refunds

Since you already get a 7-day free trial to evaluate Sonux before paying, the refund window after purchase is 7 days. Within that week you can request a full refund, on both the subscription and the lifetime license. After that period no refunds are issued.

3. How to request one

Write to hola@sonux.app with your purchase email. We process refunds through Paddle, our authorized reseller, within a few business days.

4. Subscriptions

You can cancel renewal at any time; you won't be charged for the next period and you'll keep access until the end of the period already paid.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abusive or fraudulent use.
